Played indoors with soft leather balls, and similar to bowls, boccia was originally developed for the Paralympic Games back in 1984, specifically for athletes with impaired loco-motor functions like cerebral palsy.
Chair Based Aerobics
This gentle form of exercise is tailor-made to suit each person’s level of ability, strengthening muscles and improving mobility and joint stability.
Aims to promote awareness of the connection between mental and physical health, and emotional wellbeing, encouraging participants to take ownership of their health.
Keep On Moving
Walking is a great way to boost your overall health and wellbeing and is another activity which you can enjoy with the help of Sole Touch.
