How does fertility reflexology work?
If you come to Sole Touch for fertility reflexology, then treatment will centre around gentle stimulation of the various reflex points on your feet. These correspond to parts of the body which will induce relaxation, harmony and equilibrium and, combined with massage to the lower leg, will allow you to completely relax. Key areas of the body which are linked to fertility health, such as the ovaries, uterus and lymphatic system, will all be targeted, along with the immune, circulatory and neurological system.
This is important as the neurological system supports the body in creating the right environment for conception, and applying thumb pressure to this reflex point can help alleviate stress, anxiety and depression.
